What does the client need to do?

The client needs to be ready and willing, to take action to create change in his or her life. All actions are agreed with the client, and nothing is forced on him or her. However there must be a willingness to try something new and do things differently, otherwise, nothing can change.
Life Coaching is only as effective, as the commitment of the client.
The client may also, be given some simple, but powerful exercises, to do in between sessions.
