What happens if I am late for my session or I need to leave earlier?

Please make sure you are on time for your session, as there may be other client sessions immediately following yours. If the client does not initiate the online call, or does not show up, within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be considered cancelled.

If the phone or video call, is terminated unexpectedly, and cannot be reconnected; or if the meeting has to be stopped for reasons beyond the control of either the Coach or the client, the rest of the session can be re-scheduled.
