What does a Life Coach do?
Where are the sessions held?
I hold both face-to-face and online sessions.
Face-to-face sessions are held in Naxxar, Malta.
We can also do online sessions, from teh comfort of your home. Online sessions can be done using Skype, Google Hangout, or any other application you are used to.
What does the client need to do?
The client needs to be ready and willing, to take action to create change in his or her life. All actions are agreed with the client, and nothing is forced on him or her. However there must be a willingness to try something new and do things differently, otherwise, nothing can change.
Life Coaching is only as effective, as the commitment of the client.
The client may also, be given some simple, but powerful exercises, to do in between sessions.
Why do you think you can help me change if I have not been able to do it alone?
First of all, a Coach can help you bring about a change, by giving you structure and holding you accountable.
A good Coach, can also help you see the situation from a different perspective, and come up with alternatives, you may not have considered on your own.
I have been through various challenges in my life, Through thorough research, and trial and error, I have been able to bring about immense changes, using simple and powerful tools. I also provide my clients with simple exercises, to overcome their fear, or other obstacles.
If during the first session, I feel that I cannot help you in your particular situation, I will be outright about it, and may also be in a position to recommend someone who can.
How much does it cost?
The cost of each session depends on the type of life coaching required, as each service requires different skills, preparation and post-session work by the Coach.
Each session lasts 1 hour.
The price includes the session, and any preparation or post session work, required from the Coach. It does not cover out of session communication, which is not for scheduling, rescheduling, or sending updates, as agreed during the previous session/s. These may be charged separately.
What happens if I am late for my session or I need to leave earlier?
Please make sure you are on time for your session, as there may be other client sessions immediately following yours. If the client does not initiate the online call, or does not show up, within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session will be considered cancelled.

If the phone or video call, is terminated unexpectedly, and cannot be reconnected; or if the meeting has to be stopped for reasons beyond the control of either the Coach or the client, the rest of the session can be re-scheduled.
Can I cancel or postpone a booked session?
You can cancel or reschedule booked sessions, with a minimum of 24-hour prior notice. Sessions cancelled later than that, or cancelled due to a no-show, within the first 15 minutes, are still charged at full value.
What if I have a complaint?
If at any time, you feel, that the service you are receiving, is inadequate, or have any other complaint, please bring it to my attention as soon as possible.
I will take all necessary steps to address the situation.
Because of the nature of the service, the complaint may be due to a lack of understanding of Coaching services, and /or due to resistance to change. We will discuss this together.
If following the discussion, you still feel that the Service is not satisfactory, you can cancel any upcoming session, and be refunded. Please note that a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancelling sessions. Refunds will only be given for future appointments and if the above procedure was followed.
If the client had both a set of sessions, at a special price, the discount for past sessions will be reduced from the refund, and/or will be due by the client to the Coach.
